Use Of My Lounge Journal

My Lounge Journal is a private journal, palate memory, cigar and drink companion, and lounge community experience. By using the app or website, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and only for your own account and authorized lounge access.

Age And Responsible Use

The app may include cigar, tobacco, whiskey, spirits, or lounge-related content. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live and where you use the service. My Lounge Journal does not sell tobacco, alcohol, or regulated products.

Accounts And Memberships

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account access secure.
• Lounge access may require a valid lounge code, active membership, approval by a lounge owner/admin, or compliance with lounge rules.
• Lounge owners, admins, and moderators may manage memberships, review requests, moderate content, and take safety actions within their lounge.

Private Journal And Community Content

• Your private journal is for your own personal use unless you choose to share specific content through supported community features.
• When you post, comment, like, follow, send lounge chat messages, or share cigar snapshots, that activity may be visible to eligible lounge members, followers, lounge admins, moderators, or platform administrators depending on the feature and privacy settings.
• Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, invasive, infringing, or harmful to another person or lounge.

Moderation

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend social participation, or limit lounge access when needed to protect members, enforce community rules, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Service Changes

Features may change over time as My Lounge Journal evolves. We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features, including journal sync, lounge tools, community features, or educational content.
